What is the oldest sports club in the set?
The Hamburger und Germania Ruder Club, founded in 1836 on the western bank of the Aussenalster and the second-oldest non-academic rowing club in the world. The Norddeutscher Regatta Verein followed in 1868 and counts around 2,000 members — two clubhouses within walking distance of each other, both still in daily use.
Can I visit FC St. Pauli without a match ticket?
Yes. The club was founded on 15 May 1910 in brown and white and plays at Millerntor on the Heiligengeistfeld; the museum next to the ground is open outside match days, and the stamp is earned by standing within 75 metres, ticket or not.
